You are chasing forms, not families
Permission slips live in a folder, an email, a Facebook message and somebody's memory. When a family changes their mind, you have no fast way to know which photos are affected.
Tickaboo is photo safety and content software for Australian centres and schools. Clear any photo in seconds, then post like a centre that has its act together.
No card. Clear three photos free and see it work on your own centre.
Every centre has the same three jobs stuck together: get permission, get a good photo, and have something to post on Thursday. Miss one and the whole feed goes quiet.
Permission slips live in a folder, an email, a Facebook message and somebody's memory. When a family changes their mind, you have no fast way to know which photos are affected.
The best shot of the week has four faces in it, so it sits on the camera roll. What goes up instead is a photo of an empty craft table.
Nobody hired you to be a content team. The feed stalls, enquiries slow down, and the centre down the road looks busier than it is.
Upload the photo you actually took. Tickaboo gives you multiple ways to clear it and you pick the one that suits the moment: take the children out of the frame entirely, turn every face away from the camera, or blur the faces and leave the rest of the photo sharp. You see the result and approve it before anything is saved.
The original is deleted once the job finishes, and only the cleared version can ever be exported. What happens to the original photo
Every photograph on this page is generated. No real child has ever been used to make Tickaboo's marketing, and none ever will be.
Pick the occasions, and Tickaboo writes and designs the posts in your centre's colours, fonts and logo. Enrolments open. First day back. Book Week. The Tuesday post you would otherwise skip.
All AI generated

One tap fixes the flat indoor light, the yellow cast from the fluoros and the phone-camera softness. Same room, same day, just photographed the way it actually feels when you walk in.
Answer a few questions and we build your kit: colour palette, type, post templates, story templates and caption starters, all matched to your existing logo and website.
Start a free account and we build your first kit for you, by hand, in your first week. It is yours to keep whether you go on to a paid plan or not.
A family on your website at 10pm is looking at the rooms, not the philosophy. Tickaboo help you fill every page with playful, on-brand photos, without a photographer or a face you have to worry about.
Before
After
Setting Tickaboo up takes about five minutes and does not need your IT person, your web developer or a meeting.
Name, state and logo. Tickaboo picks up your colours and fonts from your website so the posts look like you from the first one.
Photos of empty rooms, photos with children in them, or both. Drag in a whole camera roll if you like.
Choose a treatment, approve the result, and it is logged against your register automatically. Nothing to file afterwards.
Children without current permission are handled by the treatments today. The consent register that records every decision automatically is coming soon.
Blur, turn away, remove or synthetically replace any child without current permission, before a photo goes anywhere.
You see and approve the before and after on every cleared photo. Nothing saves until you accept it.
Every synthetic-child image carries a recorded AI-disclosure choice at export, logged automatically.
A register that matches faces to permissions and records every clearing decision automatically. Coming soon.
Tickaboo helps you meet your obligations. It does not make your centre compliant, and you should be suspicious of any software that says it does.
Tickaboo is $99 or $149 a month per centre in Australian dollars, with a free plan to try it and $119 per centre for groups of three or more. A single half-day photography session costs most centres between $400 and $900, once, and gives you photos you still cannot post.
The first twenty centres lock Growth at $129 a month for life. When the twenty are gone that price does not come back.

No. Tickaboo gives you the register and you fill it in as you go, family by family. If you already hold signed forms, you record them against each child so the history stays intact. Your centre always holds the parental consent itself. Tickaboo holds the proof that you have it.
The original is deleted once processing finishes. Only the cleared version is kept, and only the cleared version can be exported or downloaded. The risky file does not sit in a shared album waiting to be found.
Your photos, your register and your account data are stored in Australia, in the Sydney region. When an image is transformed it goes to our AI model provider for that single job under terms that forbid training on your data and require short retention. Every provider is checked and the record kept before it is switched on. Your images are never used to train a model.
Yes. Tickaboo is not there to stop you posting children, it is there so you always know where you stand. Where every child in a photo has current consent, you can post it and the register records that decision. Where one child does not, you clear that child and post the rest.
The enhance tools work on your real photos: light, colour and sharpness, not invented rooms. Where Tickaboo generates an image rather than editing one, the image carries an AI disclosure on export, because a family who later works out a photo was generated should have known first.
There is a free plan with three de-identifications so you can try it on your own photo. Paid plans are Starter at $99 a month and Growth at $149 a month for a single centre, and $119 per centre a month for groups of three or more. The first twenty founding centres lock Growth at $129 a month for life. There is no lock-in contract.
About five minutes. Make a free account, add your centre, upload photos, and start clearing. There is nothing to install, nothing to book, and no integration with your enrolment system required.
No, and you should be suspicious of any software that claims it does. Compliance is what your centre does. Tickaboo covers the image lifecycle: it helps you meet your obligations around photos and consent, and it keeps a record of every clearing decision. The device possession rules under the National Law stay with you.
